Application form data is used to assess your application and arrange an interview, as a pre-contractual measure taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a maximum of 12 months. Applications are kept for a maximum of 12 months, unless an employment relationship is established.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. Only the email provider that manages our communications may act as a data processor, with the guarantees set out in art. 28 GDPR. Data may be disclosed to the competent authorities where a legal obligation exists.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection by writing to info@siameroticmassage.com.
